Should I Buy on Creative Market?
I personally believe the quality of products sold on Creative Market is great. At the same time, anyone can create an account and sell low-quality products online. So, it’s best to read the terms and reviews of the products you are interested.
Since the products sold are digital, refunds are only issued in certain situations.
In addition, many freelancers resell work that is bought on Creative Market such as buying a set of logo templates and reselling them on an individual, customized basis. For this reason, Creative Market offers different licenses that are suitable for freelancers and large companies.
Creative Market Review for Sellers
Creative Market allows creators to open a shop and start selling your work to a potential 6 million customers.
I want to emphasize the word potential, because there are over 30,000 online shops on Creative Market, and there is a good chance you’ll be competing with many of them. So, you’ll have to advertise your shop through outside channels, get some prominence, and utilize Creative Market’s SEO.
Creative Market also advertises your products through free goods, newsletters, blog posts, social media, and featured assets.
How Much Can You Earn on Creative Market?
Creative Market allows sellers to set their own prices. However, the seller fee is a whopping 40%. That’s right, you get to keep only 60% of your sales.
Payouts are made through bank transfers and PayPal.
Conclusion

For sellers, it’s another story. You’ll have to dedicate a lot of time and resources to get prominence on Creative Market regardless of how amazing your products are.

<a href="www.creativemarket.com"Creative Market is A Fraud, Please Be Aware!
The worst experience ever, I opened my shop recently. I used a reference name just to tell them about my partner, my shop on creative market was personal and had nothing to do with my partner in general.
After making around 250+ sales they suspended my shop and asked to provide a government-issued ID card.
I provided my complete personal details and the company details that is registered under my name.
Once they got my details as requested they asked for my reference details. When I told them I will provide all the details they are requesting. Next email I received is you are permanently banned from using creative market and your shop has been terminated for violating terms of service especially incorrect name and stolen information which was a blatant lie and I strongly rejected those allegations and provided more evidence. The guy (Ben Rossier) was quite rude and he said it is his final decision and cannot be undone.
I lost my hard-earned money and also lost access to all my previous purchases. Plus they refused to make the payout which is quite disturbing in the middle of a pandemic.
While I was talking to their customer support team I experienced unprofessional, rude and horrible behaviour.
Sometimes money is not an issue but your reputation is. I feel very disappointed in using their service both as a customer and as a seller.
Do not ever use Creative Market for any transaction or for selling your items you will be robbed either way.
