I was fortunate enough to go to Puerto Villamil a couple of times. One evening, I made a video of the Galapagos sunset using my GoPro.
The time-lapse video was recorded from the small terrace at Casa Rosada (Caleta Iguanga or Iguana Hostel) overlooking the beach, sunset, and bar.
